Inconsistent ship by dates

Heads up to sellers: eBay is displaying inconsistent ship by dates in both Seller Hub and My eBay.

- All sales that came in today were for items with 1 day handling

- Half correctly say to ship by tomorrow, Monday, April 1

- Half incorrectly say to ship by Tuesday, April 2

The developer (non-American?) who set up the 2019 holiday data matrix used to determine ship-by dates thinks April Fools Day is a national holiday?

These problems are occurring for every holiday or near holiday these days. And eBay seems to learn nothing from the continued failures.
