HI, i have a business profile registered in Australia, but currently im selling my goods from Estonia, listing both on ebay.com and ebay.de .
I encountered a problem with how my goods prices are represented. When i view my listings (both .com and .de listings) from ebay.com i see the price as i set it, already accounting for VAT. But when i search from ebay.de i see all my listings price + additional VAT.
I can not find any options like "price includes VAT" to fix the problem. Now i can not set correct price because it will be either higher by VAT amount on ebay.de search if i account for VAT in my initial price setting. Or it will be lower by VAT amount in ebay.com search if i do not include VAT in my price.
It seems like this is the normal case for US and Chinese sellers (i checked they have the same issue in different searches). But i also did find German seller who has the same price whether i search from ebay.com or ebay.de. ebay.com exemple ebay.de example
I contacted support several times on this issue but they seem to ignore me just saying formal "it depends on the reagion you are looking from" and closing the chat..
Can anyone please help me to set correct prices?
