Inappropriate Reviews

I am finding that inappropriate reviews can be left by buyers who have not completed a transaction, did not read the ad, or have left a bad review after the item was delivered months ago and did not try to make contact. With this no holding the buyer accountable, my reviews make me look terrible, even though I have done nothing wrong. I don't see the point in this if I am to continue selling. Is it just me?

Only looked at the feedback for the vest.

Don’t see in the item description and title anywhere that states the sizing is petite.

Important missing information.

This was discussed here recently and the seller/poster was very upset.  I did not go to look at the reviews on your listings but I believe if they really are inappropriate, there's a tab you can click to report it.

I looked at eleven of your listings and did not see product reviews on any of them.

I think OP is perhaps meaning their personal feedback? The referenced Sweater FB is there.

Out of the last 20 FB,

the OP had 3 which were non-positive.

Replies had a tone, which to me,

seem to indicate bigger problems which we can't see.

Perhaps this Is the proper way fb is designed to operate?

Respectfully,

Lynn

Yes, I just realized after reading the additional comments here s/he meant feedback and not reviews.  I also noticed the other buyer who clearly did not read the measurements.

Wow...all 3 unhappy buyers got abusive with you... maybe it's not the buyers.

Your responses are borderline rude, and the "my dear" reply was totally condescending.

You stated:

"I am finding that inappropriate reviews can be left by buyers who have not completed a transaction......."

The buyer who recently left you negative feedback stated:

"After pmt made seller refused to ship due to higher than expected ship costs"

Correct me if I am wrong but it appears that the buyer made payment, completing their part of that transaction.  If you did not fulfill your part of that transaction, (shipping them the item) then the negative is a justified response. That lets future potential buyers, who view your feedback prior to making a purchase from you, that this seller may or may not fulfill their orders.

Agree - totally condescending - if you want to reply to a feedback - you do so with professionalism - there is no excuse for not shipping and item after a buyer pays because you goofed. You can't blame them for being upset. The comment about fur - I do have animals even tho they don't enter the area where my items are stored - but when sold - I give them a once over with a lint remover to make sure a stray hair didn't find it's way onto the clothing, and the Petite is supper important and should be in your title. Many buyers can't view the small details in your pictures even with the zoom on a mobile device.

To be honest, your responses to those reviews seem rude and they would make me not want to buy from you.

As others have stated, your replies to these feedback`s matter. The 1st negative you got could have been removed IMO. The label clearly stated L petite yet being petite was the buyers complaint. I`m posting a small portion of what I found that applies IMO, but,  there may be a policy that supersedes what I have posted.

I looked at the "item specifics" on the original listing - size type said "Regular", not "Petite".  I went through the pictures and if you look really  at the size/content/care tag  you can see it says "petite" but it is pretty easy to miss. It's not like some brands where they have a separate tag next to the care tag that says "Petite" which stands out and grabs the potential buyer's attention.

WTH is a large petite question mark everything in the listing says that it was a size large.

Those labels are so small that are cell phone you can't see them.

The seller should have clearly stated that it was petite in both the title and the listing.

Nothing indicated it was a petite.

The seller earned that neg by not saying it's a large petite.
