What in the world is going on , looks like I can't do best offers anymore , the software should work as soon as I accept the offer they get charged !  wasting my time,

Yeah it’s like a virus going around. I only had 1 or 2 unpaids in 20 yrs but this last week I had 3. Finally 1 paid but I’m worried about that too.
