Impressions drop

I have barely traffic for a long time . I advertise almost all. It has been 2:48pm estern time and my impressions are low low low. Anyone else too?

Impressions for 2022. My listings had the same ad rate throughout. See the changes?

No idea. I see five comparable dips on your long term chart. Do you know what caused those?

You posted this 'drop' at 11 am pst, which is 2pm est. You have to wait until tomorrow to see what today is as more people work that buy/look at things than don't, so more are 'at work' and not 'perusing' ebay. 

As far as compared to last year; that doesn't show anything except you, like us all, had some 'dips' as well.

Yeah I agree with the last post. Look back at it tomorrow for an accurate reading.

One is summer was vacation mode and one in April - maybe when they released updates an dthere were big interuptions. Dip today don’t know. But the previous year impressions were between 15k-25k as you can see this year 4th quarter (after updates) they are barely ever going beyond 10k. Could they cap sellers at certain impression number?

@partfinds   eBay never states that a Seller's items are visible ALL the time ... Another member believes they take turns pushing different categories up in the search algorithms ... if they are manipulating things so that basically all Sellers get to take turns having their items visible then dips will occur.

That sucks . I am in NY and have to wait for California? It is only 3hrs difference. It doesn’t make sense that half of the day my items are not getting impressions at all and impressions are coming in the night time. What zone are my listings displayed to? I don’t do international shipping.

It would be very unfair. Chosen sellers would take prime time for their items to be displayed while others are shown after hours when noone looks. Sort of like when Guns n’ roses started they were shown at 4 am in the morning on MTV . Unfortunatley it happens to my listing for a very long time. I am watching impressions everyday throughout the day and I don;t get to be show during office hours.

Again; you might have more views than shown but views are probably not in real time. Don't worry about today until tomorrow.

I'm in Motors/P&A  as well and since November, views and clicks have been down about 25% (from 2.6 Million a month to 1.7 Million and 14,000 clicks to 9,000. 

Same as last year this time.

Plus- economy

Plus- storms- worse in 100 years in many parts of the country.

i do worry since i have big dip in sales for the past several months. Sales have a lot to do with impressions and views.
