Hi, I received as a recommendation : " List 50 of your items for free." But when I list the very first, I receive this message : "It looks like you have reached the number of items and the amount you can list. You can list up to 0 items and total sales of 0.00 this month." What am I going to do ?

This may be due to being a new seller. It appears you have only been a buyer before this.
If that is correct, you need to go to your Site Preferences and make sure you have everything filled out that you need filled out to be a seller. There are certain things that sellers are required to have set up in their preferences that buyers are not.
For example you need to tell Ebay how you intend on paying for your selling fees, have an address set up for returns, have a valid phone number, etc.
So go and take a peek. If you are still having trouble, come on back and we can try to help you further.
Welcome to selling on Ebay.

Hi and welcome! As a new eBayer, you may have to call Customer Service to inquire about your listing limits and request they be raised. Most new sellers have limits and restrictions on selling activity, as well as PayPal holds on funds.
When just starting out, the limit is often 5-10 items and $500/month. This lasts for several months while the new member builds up qualifications and experience. Ebay has you at 0 which may mean they wish to confirm your identity or verify other info before allowing you to list.
Reach out to eBay to find out what needs to be done to list your first items. Also, i strongly recommend reading up on eBay’s rules and policies, particularly the eBay Money Back Guarantee, and PayPal Buyer Protection programs. Wishing you the very best in your efforts!

Excellent post, just want to add that you can call CS by following the Contact Us pages on eBay, or doing a google search under eBay. The CS number will show. We are not permitted to post the number here.
Again, Welcome and Best of Luck!

We see a fair number of new sellers complaining about that notice.
It's one of the dumber boilerplate messages eBay sends out.
This message has to be removed. I was under the impression that eBay wanted more sellers? This is a super good way to make an "Enthusiast" say "sod that for a game of soldiers".
If there is a good reason for it to be used, tell the newbie how she can get it changed. Give the phone number or an email for Customer Service. Explain what part of registration she forgot to complete.
This is not rocket surgery. This is flipping hamburglers.

All GREAT advice. Unless the OP is trying to list an expensive item, it is likely it will resolve once they get their account set up properly for selling.
I would also add that once the OP starts selling, they can call Ebay every 30 days and if their account is in good standing, if they ask to have their selling limits increased, Ebay will usually work with them. This is a process the OP needs to do every month until they get their selling limits within range of what they need.
