I’m so annoyed right now. I feel like eBay sides with these jerks who are obviously scamming sellers. In the past month I have had the following issues:

1. buyer claimed I sent him empty box

2. Two buyers claim I didn’t give them refunds for a listing I canceled. Of course I did.

3. One keep an item, take stuff out of it. Box is back up and “return to sender”

4. Another lie and say the item was broken. When I asked for pictures, he left me negative feedback

5. a lady get mad bc she received the item as I described and wanted to know why I sent it that way.

holy **bleep** what is it with the fraud?

My world just isn’t full of devious degenerates tying themselves up in knots and wasting their time and energy trying to cheat sellers out of $12 items. redrose

I don't think the OP said hers was  either ,, not that I read . She did say she'd had a rough week  . It's just that  it isn't really workable in trying to teach someone  better manners  while  being snarky and accusatory . Tulips

On average, I get 1 or 2 unhappy customers a year.  My first concern is to do everything possible to fix whatever problem my customer feels they have.  You can't start that process if you believe that customer complaints are "always fraud" or "definitely fraud".

If I were to get 3 or 4 complaints in a week or a month I would start by looking at what I was doing wrong first. My customers have no way of knowing if I am strapped for cash or having a bad week or month.  Even if I were, it would have no bearing on how I treat my customers. Personal problems or setbacks on my end of a transaction are not

and never will be an excuse for poor customer service.

Your blind support of any seller only fosters and promotes this "us against them" mentality that is out there now. If a seller comes to this forum with this sort of problem, it might be better to look at the facts closely before responding in favor and then dragging it out forever defending your position.

Don't listen to the underground ebay agents .  From what I see ebay is swarming with ebay protected thieves .  One has to insure all packages, more money, more money more money.  Ebay is the place for honest people to lose money, not make it.

Easy to see from your other post that you are having a bad go of it right now, sorry to hear that. Why try to infect others with the same outlook?

Blind support ? no ,, I've checked the OP feedback . I see one negative  and three neutrals in a one year time  frame . I also read where a buyer  commented that the OP refunded  for a broken egg .  I just don't see the rationale behind  the bashing and accusations   the OP received  in this thread .  Actually she seems to be running  a normal business with its typical  ins and outs.  Tulips

Nah ,, it's just that  some people hate it when the pot smacks the kettle  and the kettle fights back.  Tulips

OP has her own ideas of "the straight and narrow" and it is 100% centered on her, not her paying customers.upgradedendmills

Yes  ,, and I've dealt with attempted thefts as well .  I sold two necklaces to a buyer last March . Tracking showed they were delivered to her front porch on March 30th .  Today nearly 2 months later the buyer contacts me to say she never received this order .  She wrote they could have been delivered to the wrong address  because that has happened or they might have been stolen because that has happened to .  I told her I was very sorry  but  asked her to contact her local post office  for information  on the delivery scan . If they were stolen then there's nothing I can do about that . Nowhere in any of  my listings ever say that I provide theft insurance .  My question now  is pretty simple . Buyers always have as much access  to tracking numbers  as the sellers . So if she noticed tracking said ''delivered ''  on March  30th .. Why did she wait until May 21st to contact me ?  I'm sorry ,,  but  I'm not that dumb .  Tulips
