Importing photos from Easy Store back up hard drive question please

I am working on brand new computer and my old eBay listings are on an Easy Store back up drive. I was able to find old listings there with no problem to copy and paste to new listings here. The photos are also save on Easy Store but when I try to import them back to eBay it tells me the file format (JPG) is not supported. Anyone know why and/or how I can deal with this besides taking all new photos? Thanks SO much. Ms Frustrated Here!

I think the message about not being in JPG format is in error if your files are indeed in JPG format.  If these were "old" photos, is there at least 500 pixels on the longest side?  Years ago when this was mandated, I used PhotoShop to increase the size, and if it was too blurry, I ended up taking new photos.
