Poor customer service

eBay has **bleep** poor seller customer service. 1) I ran out of stock and even though buyer was issued refund, they left negative feedback, which I have no option to respond. 2) Buyer bought an unopened/sealed CD, then accused me of selling a counterfeit. eBay gave a refund, and I now lose as I cannot resell item. WHERE THE HELL IS THE PROTECTION FOR SELLERS??? COM'N EBAY! Anyone else have these issues?

Sorry it's been rough on you! Doubly sorry that you'll get metrics dings, too.

 

Granted, the out of stock claim will be put on your shoulders... too bad they left bad feedback.

Was there an NAD claim on the CD? Did you not approve the return/refund? How do you know you're out a CD?
