Immediate payment on Buy It Now - can no longer set as blanket req't

A month or so ago I resumed selling here.  I use BIN for everything, and was somewhere able to set that as a blanket requirement on my listings.  Meaning I did not have to enable it on each individual listing.

In the past day or so, that requirement has disappeared from all my listings, both current and new.  Now I have to manually enable that payment requirement in each listing.

IIRC I had originally set this in Selling Preferences but now that section has no such ability; see picture below.  Previous answers here seem to point to that screen and therefore don't help me.

SO:   Without getting involved in Business Policies, how can I set a blanket requirement for immediate payment on BIN?

I'm also IPR and checked this.  It appears to have changed.  It now says to select on the actual listing form.  I use templates with this already checked so have not had to manually do this in years so have no idea when they took that payment preference out.  But this appears to be the current method. 🤔

one of the ways to do this is to use a listing template and have it checked off in the template

immediate payment is not a business policy

[EDIT ]   Now at the bottom of each listing is a "Preferences" area where I have to individually enable "Immediate payment required for BIN".  In that area is the statement that "Payments are managed by eBay".  But attempting to edit that just goes to an irrelevant screen on payouts to me.

Thanks to those who replied.

Yes, today there is a checkbox at the bottom of each listing where I can manually enable "Immediate Payment Required on Buy It Now" aka IPR on BIN.

That checkbox was not there yesterday, because somewhere I had set this as a blanket requirement.  So the box never needed to appear on my listings.

Overnight, eBay has done something that made that checkbox appear AND be unchecked.  So I have had to go through my 70+ listings and enable IPR on each one individually.

--->  My question still:  Is there a place where I can blanket-enable "Immediate payment required on BIN" ?

My only alternative is to either set this manually as I create each new listing or use a template; but the latter will not take effect when using "sell a similar item" or other shortcuts.

@r-e-b

I know this doesn't answer your  question, but I've got a workaround. Go in and bulk revise all of your listings to set your 'Payment Policy' to be 'Immediate Payment Required'.

I hadn't noticed (until your post... thank you!), but IPR had dropped off of many of my listings, too. I just went in and bulk revised all of mine. It was kind of a pain to play around with (10 minutes), but I'll give you step-by-step if you need it.

ETA: Bottom line: you don't have to do them one by one. 🙌

No. There is no way to put IPR as a default setting when creating listings thru eBay. As others mentioned, there are other quicker alternatives to revising them each manually or having to remember to check that little IPR box when you create a listing.

Yes, please do give me a step-by-step for bulk revision!  That's the next-best thing at this point.

I'm hoping that mtgraves7984 will explain one of the other, quicker alternatives you mention.  That will be useful.
