I am not referring to the fact that the images will not appear in my listing properly because the image file is corrupt (.jpg) but the fact that once the image/s are added to the listing it permanently corrupts the entire listing.
It adds to the end of the listing a very long blank space from the what would be the normal end of the listing. I am talking probably at least 4 blank pages worth.
Also sometimes the Item Description does not even appear.
I can repeat the problem successfully. I create a new listing from scratch; no template, no creating one from another listing.
It was driving me crazy. This is happening to one item only. If I had previewed the listing while creating it this did not happen. Once I put it live or scheduled it and then went to view it I noticed the long blank space at the end or that the item description is totally missing from the listing. This did not happen if I previewed the listing while creating the listing before making it schedule/live.
Once I figured out it was the images I created a new listing with a different image all together. Put in the same item description (copy/paste) and scheduled it. Viewed it several times after it was scheduled and all was fine. I revised the listing by removing the temp image and placing in the ones for the listing. Previewed it and bang the same problem again. I revise it again, take out the "corrupt" images and put in the same temp one again and the listing is still corrupt with the same results. I have repeated this several times using different temp images and I get the same exact results.
What in the images could be doing this? I am using the max of 12 could that be it?
Anyway, I can't recreate these images and I need them. Any idea how to resolve this issue.
