Its so difficult to return an item.i should not have to waiit & wait for the lazy seller to acept or not acept the return.then if you need help you csn not get anybody that knows how to speak english.ive been trying to return a item for 2 weeks now & still can not get it resolved.what a joke.they respond fast & clear if u dont pay!!! I am no longer using e bay.amazon here i come.

It is fairly simple. You need to open return request and if there is no response from seller escalate the case.

If you filed for a return and don't hear anything, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in, it's pretty simple.

 I buy 95% of my items off Amazon.   Bottom line I go where I save money. Bought a $850 item off eBay 2 months ago,  Amazon was $1450, left great feedback and so far received no feedback from the seller.
