If you receive a final warning by eBay after listing removal, how long do you stay on their radar?

I had been wondering about this for a long time. Does anyone know if eBay "keeps an eye on you" for six months, one year, or forever?

How long they watch you should not be a concern if you are not trying to get away with something.

Given the size of today's modern large databases I don't see why you are not on their radar forever.
