If someone makes an offer instead of a bid when there are already bidders on the item ,policy pls

if  person makes an offer on an item that already  has  some bids, can the

seller sell to thaT person  who made the offer..Thanks

When a seller posts an auction with the buy it now and/or make an offer option enabled that option disappears once the item receives a bid.

If you received a message asking to sell it them for $XX, it's a person trying to get you into an off eBay transaction. Be very careful. 

There are 6+ days left. Lots of time for other bidders to find your listing and bid, raising your final selling price. Some bidders haven't even seen the listing yet.

Ask this person to participate by joining the bidding process because you can't end a listing that has bids.

Remember, eBay will charge you the final value fees if you end a listing with bids. Right now, at just over $210, that's about $25.
