This has been going on for over 3 weeks now. On Sunday it prints ok, then the rest of the week, I get an error message. I have chatted at least 3 times with cust. svc., and they keep saying they are aware of it and are working on it. For 3 weeks???? Please tell me if you are also getting this error. I find it hard to believe that it is my computer, the error says they are having issues right now.

No problems printing the scan form.

Yes I had it, but just once. It was 2 or 3 days ago. The most frustrating part was that it didn't just refuse to print; it refused to GENERATE. And unless I'm wrong, you can only generate it during the session of the bulk label purchase; you can't come back to it. So I just had to trust that the post office would scan those items quickly that day.

I'm still having this issue. Sometimes it will print, but the last couple days I have been getting the bulk error messagae again! Very frustrating.

Yes, this is the third weekend that I have been unable to print a Scan Form. I have reported this and even had my Computer Tech come and check out our system and she said it is a problem with eBay and she has other customers reporting the same thing.

The scan form only prints on Mondays!!!!!! I ship almost every day, and the only time it gives me the scan form is on Mondays! This is so annoying!!
