INR rate dashboard rule

I have 3 questions regarding the INR rate dashboard rule:

- How many cycle can you fail to maintain the INR rate within the market average before your account getting limited?

From what I understand, for the first fail cycle, you will receive a warning, and for the second cycle your account will be limited?

- Another questions are if a buyer open an INR case for late delivery, if it is still within the ebay delivery timeframe or if the case is closed in your favor, would it still count as 1 INR in the dashboard?

- Finally, if you refund immediately after receiving an INR case, it would still be counted in the INR rate dashboard right?

Thank you.

INR rate dashboard rule

Because you're in Vietnam you are subject to different seller standards than sellers here in the US. You can find information on the eBay Export website, specifically the policies for Southeast Asia.

You need to monitor your CBT dashboard closely.

The answer to questions 2 and 3 is yes, it still counts. The fact the buyer filed the INR is what eBay looks at.

As for your first question I don't think there's a universal answer, but I don't know for sure.
