so i sent an item by ebay's international delivery service to UK. item has left the US but has not arrived yet. however, the buyer has opened a INR case. i want to upload the tracking # (starting with ESU), but i'm not sure which service to choose. choices are: USPS, UPS, Fedex, Other. None of the choices seem right to me. Anyone have experience with this and know if I should choose USPS or other or do nothing? Should I let the buyer escalate the case and ebay will cove me for the lost package value? thanks

Track the package here: https://parcelsapp.com/en
You may find more tracking info to assist the buyer.
For the not received claim, choose the carrier you used to ship the package to the IL hub.
Revised: Just saw you said this is an ESUS number, not an EEUS number. That means you shipped using eBay International Standard Delivery (EISD), not eBay International Shipping (EIS).
With EISD, you are responsible for getting the package to the buyer, end to end. If the package is lost you have insurance (up to $100 coverage) which you can't file for 30 days.
Start by tracking the package at the website above to see what the real status is and come back to let us know @iamtoplease.

I cannot see where you have sold any items on this account so unable to check the shipping method. Which of the eBay international services did it ship through there are several. If this went through the EIS program the INR is eBay and the EIS contractors issue to deal with.
If it went eBay International Standard Delivery the tracking information should have been updated by the eBay processing center and you should be able to track the shipment through the uploaded information. There is coverage on the shipment up to $100 and following is the process for filing a claim for a lost or damaged shipment.
