Is there an. infringement list of Brands that are not allowed to be sold on Ebay? If so I would like to know where I can view it.

Example: I once listed a Red Ryder Wagon still in the box that needed assembly and I was told that this was an infringement and it was removed because of Red Ryder being stated in the listing. I was kind of confused but you know I didn't question it of course.

Yep! My thoughts exactly! But the clarification for sellers that have had this problem in the past are often unfamiliar with the VeRo program, and why they may have an ad pulled in the first place. Just curious as to, information available for sellers wanting to avoid violations of policies before being violated. If ever uncertain, or in doubt is all. And does re-called items fall under the VeRo program as well?

Yeah I’m thinking some Chinese manufacturer built a red wagon using identical logos and design as Radio Flyer and called it Red Ryder.  That would raise trademark issues.
