No. No. No. If you want to play the salvage game successfully, you're going to have to revise that thinking.
Back in the day it was:
1) If I screw up, I fix it and eat all the costs. (you can return it and I'll refund and pay shipping both ways)
2) If you screw up, you deal with it. (no return)
3) If it could have been either of us? (You can return it and we split the shipping cost there and back)
But that's the old fair way. That no longer exists.
Every customer knows how this works. If they want their money back, they can get it back.
Now, you can either smile and cheerfully give refunds.
OR, you can fight it tooth and nail....and then give a refund.
One of those might get you another sale down the road. The other will for sure not.
Therefore, there is NO reason to state any policy unless it's to scare off customers in advance.
(here on eBay anyway).

You have a 2011 Sonata bcm for $84.00
I can buy the same for $25 here on eBay.
It's a 12 year old Hyundai for gosh sakes! I'm pretty sure somebody tried to give me one of those once, and pay me to get it out of their yard. And I still declined.
I didn't snoop your listings much, so I don't know what else is there. But if it's stuff like that, you just need to get rid of it and get what you can and move on.
There's plenty of high demand good stuff to try to break the bank with.
Just do your eBay research before listing parts.
You can have sky high parts and sell just a few. (appears this is what you are doing and there's nothing wrong with that)
Or you can be super competitive and sell a lot. (appears selling a lot is what you are not doing, but you want to).
You "might" someday figure out how to do both, but not with Hyundai parts.
