Hello,
I have been receiving these horrible emails from a “buyer” telling me how awful my items are for sale, ugly, “good luck” selling etc. I am a long time seller and have a very good reputation.
I can only think that I am competing with this person on selling something similar.
I have blocked them, politely said please stop emailing me but now I feel it’s harassment.
How do I report them to eBay. It’s really bothersome to see these “hate” emails every day.
Thank you for ant advice!

"Dear buyer: My items may be ugly and awful, but I can always change that. Unfortunately the problems you have cannot be fixed. I am sorry, have a nice day"

There should be a report button on the actual email or has that changed recently, also?
@katzrul15
eBay removed the "report this message" feature in the eBay message system a couple of years ago. They said it was because it was "no longer needed, since the super duper AI ebay scam prevention algorithms would prevent these messages from ever arriving in your inbox in the first place." They still apparently have no intention of putting that feature back.
For some reason, that action seem to have coincided with the rise in the "text me scammers" and "change of address scammers". I figure, though just a guess on my part, all that "reporting" that ensued likely blew up a few of their servers or some such...LOL. Interesting to note as well, that you can't report the above mentioned miscreants on the site unless you have a related item number.

Good morning,
I was peeking at your listings and noticed 2 items listed twice at different prices. You may want to take a look. The Cooper pots and the Fiesta casseroles.
As for your posted issue, block all communications, as already stated and delete.
Do what you do and enjoy a new week!

Archive the messages and ignore the idiot. Try not to let them unsettle you - unfortunately, this is nothing new. I remember getting stupid email messages decades ago, and before then periodically on my answering machine in the 80s. I have no idea why these people don't get an actual hobby (oh...wait...harassing strangers IS their hobby).

I noticed the duplicate listings as well, hope the OP saw your post.

Please take a look at @varebelrose and my previous post. You have a couple of duplicate listings that you may want to fix.
Have a great week,

If this whacko ever shows up on your doorstep or amps up the harassment and you need to get LE involved you will need those messages.
I disagree.
The whacko is not a customer and does not have access to the OP's personal information-- like her address-- because there has been no transaction.
Archiving the messages already received puts them out of sight and out of mind.
Deleting any future messages is for the mental health of the OP.
And possibly to annoy the whacko, but that's just a happy coincidence.
