Hopefully you are using the Advanced listing tool. That shouldn't matter though on each listing page there is your business policies In that is the Return policy with view, and create buttons. Click on create and the will be a drop down list of choices. If you are going for Top Rated Seller status select "30 days seller pays return shipping". Name the policy and make it your default.

Because you are relatively new to selling and do not have TRS status, your listings will not show up on the first pages until they are close to ending. The higher volume and TRS sellers get the best search visibility. I was facing that a few years ago when I listed few buy it now items. So instead of listing them as Good until Canceled or for 30 days, I listed them for 10 days so they would get on the first page more often.
I notice in some of your listings you do not have the brand name as one of the first words in the title. When I'm searching for listings that have several pages of results, my eye catches the Brand or product name am searching for, if it is the first word people see it sooner when scanning. I also see one brand name you sell being spelled in partial caps. Either start with a capitol letter and use lower case for the rest, or use all caps.
There are many sellers who have complained about a prolonged slow down on sales recently. Whether ebay has made some behind the scenes changes, are throttling again, or they've driven away buyers by over promoting the chinese sellers is anybodies guess.
