So I had a buyer "buy" my item but they never paid. I went to the resolution center and started a case and whatnot. The case closed in my favor. However, I just saw my invoice (from last month) and I was still charged the fee.
Product is $75.60. Fee on my invoice is $38.41, if that helps.
I tried calling to see why I was still charged but with the pandemic going on, they referred me to Ebay.com/help.
Any advice on how to go about getting this fee credited or refunded to my card?
