I want to sell only on ebay.com not on ebay.in. When I click list item it says contact customer care for ebay.in.

I don't want to sell on ebay.in I want to sell only on ebay.com. I have link my paypal account. I have verify my account. Anybody help

Probably because all of the new USA sellers get opted in forced in to the GSP.
