I want to list an item, but can't submit my documents

I am Ukrainian, but due to the war i currently live in Spain. I have both ukrainian (passport) and spanish (residence permit) documents, but eBay won't accept any.

When i click on "List it" i am sent to a page where i have to enter my name, address, then documents and that's where the problem is. It gives error messages like "incorrect information" or "try again".

So glad to read you are safe.  Have you signed on with managed payments yet?  You have to be paid for your sales and that's the first thing you need to do.  Your info on your passport, id, etc must match your ebay account identically.  Letter for letter, word for word.  You can't list until you are accepted by Payoneer and then by ebay which can take up to 30 days.
