Hi - I'm late to the party on checking all my listings to make sure they are mobile friendly but I did it today on all of them (235 right now). The Ebay "Fix it for me" link worked great for the images and meta tag but when I saved, it then gave me a alert saying "Avoid buyers from having to spend extra time horizontally scrolling on mobile devices to read your description." It did not offer a solution to this problem so I am really not sure how to solve it. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know if my listings will still be shown on mobile devices? Sales are very slow right now so I don't know if this could be the main problem.
Thank you,
Mary Ellen

Not that you'd want to do it one at a time, but did you try editing just one to see if you get the same thing?
I've never done it in bulk, so can't directly help there.

That's how I see it on mobile. I have to scroll back and forth the read it. That's your 1st listing.

Yes, I have tried a few separately without any luck. Thank you for answering though.

I know but I don't know how to fix it. Do you have any ideas?
Thank you for replying.

Thank you for trying. I've tried removing the pic from the description and that didn't help either. I'm calling Ebay again now for the 3rd time today. It's very frustrating.
Thank you again,
Mary Ellen
