I recently tried to report an unpaid item but got an error message saying "There was a problem were sorry"..I tried this a couple of times and got the same error message. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

How long ago was the sale? If more than 30 days, you've run out of time to file a claim.  If within time, try cleaning your cache and rebooting your computer from scratch and try again.

Are you trying to do this on your phone?  That can be problematic.

If you have a computer, you could try using that.

Or try again later as it could be a glitch.
