I thought I learned what quality was in the 90`s FORD Q1 award ISO 9000

I come from a manufacturing background

tier 1 autmotive supplier

we tried hard my fellow workers and me and were rewarded with new jackets,accolades etc.

just what is this ISO 9000 stuff anyway I asked my buddy

well it basically boils down to this, he told me

say what you do and do what you say

very simple concept if you can mange to do it

its not being followed here as far as I can see

ebay is failing to follow any of its own best practices
