I stopped sell on eBay

Last month I decided after 20 years to stop selling on eBay. 
I now use Facebook and Craigslist. My sales have doubled. Plus no more issues with changing rules, dashboards, credit cards, fake returns, fees, reporting to the irs.

Its like the eBay of yesterday. It’s very freeing. I still buy on eBay at times however, I will never sell here again. 
I got my first statement from eBay for last month I owed 0.00.

That's great but the scammers are not limited to EBay, Facebook and Craigslist has more then their share.  As for IRS if you were reporting your sales on EBay then you are still required to report them for facebook, craigslist and any other sales site.  Course it's ok to cheat the government, just remember if someone else cheats on paying IRS they are cheating YOU, me and everyone else.  Now one last thing, IRS used to have (suspect they still do) have a program where if an individual reported someone cheating on their taxes, the person doing the reporting could get a "reward" of part of whatever IRS recovered.

Wow, it's not often that someone admits that they're not going to report income and pay taxes on it, as the law requires. Maybe the IRS will be curious as to why your reported income suddenly went to zero. That could be an awkward conversation.

Best of luck to you!  Looking at your items, I think that your goods aren't well suited to eBay.  Absolutely, if you have a better option on a different platform, go for it.  Not all items are well suited for eBay, and eBay's requirements aren't a great fit for all sellers.
