...and 469 negative ones?
If so, I'd say the odds are 469 to 1 that you're right.

No one is required to leave feedback ever. Just leave them a pos and with luck they will not leave any. With feedback for a seller, no news is good news.

If they do leave you a neg, all you can do is leave a calm, professional reply to their FB.

There is nothing wrong with no feedback. It's the new black. Relax...

They simply never leave feedback unless it's negative. They've left about 16 negatives.
My situation is a little unique in that I'm selling a couple items all falling under the same category. They purchased one, which I shipped immediately, they've bid on another and a third, they've been haggling me to death and acting indignant for no reason (I am as professional as they come).

It takes a special person to never leave feedback unless it's negative... 470 times.

Due to the history you have provided you may have a chance at feedback manipulation if they neg.
Haggling in what way???

They've not come out and explicitly offered feedback in exchange for a "good deal", if that's what you're asking. But they're sure dancing around it.
Buyer became indignant at my first counteroffer and went off on a tirade about what they think the absolute rock-bottom value is of the item, and how they can get it elsewhere (yet still want *mine*...) etc etc ad nauseam.
They started responding with "I'm NOT paying full price on USED" blah blah (that's a quote), as well as kept repeating that. Acting as if I was forcing this person to buy my item. Basically having an argument with themself, all while I stayed poised and professional.
Also lectured me on how an item should be packaged to avoid damage when I suggested putting together a package deal for the multiple items she wants that I have listed. Judging by the negative feedback they have given, I can tell they are foaming at the mouth over claiming damaged good on an item that hasn't even arrived yet, eg.
Basically anything they can use to nickel and dime in every way imaginable. Looking over their user info, this looks like a pattern...
The list goes on.

Oh yes the habitual haggler,
Hate them when I do real time sales.
You might just want to put them on your blocked bidders list and make sure your communications are set up to not receive messages from blocked users.
My response to "I can get it cheaper" is thank you for telling me, I hope you do well with that.
And so on with all the other **bleep** a haggler can do.
In other word "Go some were else you are bothering me."
LOL

Prickly people are not fun—some seem to become pricklier when communication is not face to face.
If they don’t like your counteroffer you are not required to respond.
I would be inclined to NOT sell anything else to this buyer. If they do submit a claim you should also submit a claim to eBay. eBay will look at the string of exchanged messages and that should sway their decision in your favor.
It’s been a while since I have had an auction listing—been doing fixed price ones for the past few years. Can you cancel the auction listing if there are active bids? If so, cancel the listings that they are bidding on, then wait until the window for them to kvetch is over, then relist the items and if possible block the buyer.
it seems that the buyer does not fully understand or seems to think that you the seller does not understand the concept of capitalism and free market enterprise (it also appears that some in Congress do not grasp it as well).
Let us know how this plays out.

Add to blocked bidders list and cancel any bids and communications with them. Report the user to eBay. I've had similar experiences with these types and they're just angry, nasty people. It never ends well and ebay doesn't really help to protect sellers.

Well, I was leaning towards that.
However, I'm still at the mercy of the package in transit. Which, of course, I went out of my way to ship the *same day* on a Friday during rush hour.
No good deed goes unpunished, as they say.

Blocked bidder list first, cancel all other orders or bids next. Say problem with address. Take their one negative you know they will leave and report buyer to ebay. Do not have further communications with the buyer. Buyers like that sellers don't need.
