OK so, I think I made a mistake and listed these pants (sweatpants) as Women's pants and Buyer contacted me once delivered saying they are men's, so far everything ok. I get it, I made a mistake which is rare, I apologized and told the Buyer to send the item back for a full refund.
He/She refuses to do so since it was my mistake, which I understand, I honestly don't want any problems and I am sort of thinking she/he wants me to do a full refund and she keeping the item as well, that's my impression because I already told them that It was ok to return item and she's stating how annoying is for them to ship back ...
Even though she is stating is a Men's pants, I measure everything, also the waist line, and everything is in there, I don't know what to do, but to be honest I don't want to mess with my 100% good feedback, would you guys suggest me to do what I think she wants me to do (give them full refund and also let them keep the item?)
Any ideas in how not to get a neutral or negative feedback once I refund the buyer? should I ask for a positive feedback before. I don't care if they do not leave any feedback, no feedback is better than bad feeback at the end of the day...
Thanks you guys!
