I sold a Tiffany & CO platinum diamond ring. Tiffany & Co Etoile Platinum Diamond Pave Engagement Ring(233223575709)
I do have the original certificate. Someone bought the ring for $3600. In my terms of auction i wrote the the buyer needs to have at least 30 postive feedbacks on Ebay. The person who bought the ring has only one feedback, its positive. The buyer paid immediately through pay pal.
I messaged them and a person replied that his wife bought the ring but she is Korean and doesn't speak English. The live in Hawaii.
I called ebay and they told me this buyer bought another piece of jewelry for 2,000 on ebay and thats what the one positive feedback is for.
I am afraid to lose the ring and the money. Should I ship the ring or cancel the transaction?

You can't enforce a requirement of 30 feedback comments on a sale, as you have no means of blocking the buyer in advance or cancelling their bid before the end of the auction (if there was no auction). You ship only to the address received with the payment, nowhere else, and don't forget to add Signature Confirmation as the sale is (way) higher than $750. You might want to send via Priority Express, for that matter. Good luck.
EDIT: Okay, I see that this was an auction; sorry, I should have looked earlier. I also see that you are in Israel. You could have cancelled the buyer before the auction ended if there was time to do so, but now that you have a winner, you ship. I would suggest whichever shipping method offers the most detailed tracking and proof of delivery, regardless of cost, as you have a lot of money at stake here.

You can't lose the ring AND the money; only one or the other. You also can't dictate the feedback count of a buyer.
Just remember to insure the parcel and use tracking that requires a signature.

Not to worry you further but ........, you can indeed lose both the ring and the money, if the buyer opens a claim against you they have to return the ring to you, however, there's no way of knowing that they will return your actual ring to you, they could return anything, even an empty box, the work & expense will be all yours to correct the situation, if in fact you can, whatever happens, ebay will very likely side with the buyer no matter how illogical the scenario.

You really can't dictate the terms of sale outside of eBay's policies. So afraid for you, so afraid!

You were more direct than I was! This seller has only limited selling experience and I would hate for this to be 'their learning experience'!
I would not sell anything like the Diamond Ring on eBay! Sold my Diamonds and Gold locally and was thrilled with the pay-outs!

Sorry, my bad! I got tripped up by eBay's misdirection again. I thought I was opening up the OP's completed listing, but instead I was steered to a current listing for a vaguely similar item in Israel.

Some of my worst customers have had hundreds or even thousands of feedback.
You can't enforce a 30 feedback requirement and I don't know why you would want to. EVERY buyer gets positive feedback (if anything) because it's not possible to leave neutral or negative feedback for buyers or even critical comments in a positive rating for buyers. So buyers are all paragons of wonderfulness if you go by their feedback. The comments and ratings and numbers are totally meaningless.
You can't cancel the transaction without losing the 10% final fee you were charged for it because you have no valid reason to cancel. eBay punishes sellers who cancel sales by charging them the final fee anyway and not refunding it unless the buyer requests to cancel or there are some VERY LIMITED reasons for doing so, which you don't have. Your terms of sale don't qualify as valid reason to cancel.
Ship. With signature confirmation.

You can't lose what you never could've had. As a seller, you can have the ring OR the money; not both, as one is exchanged for the other. The ring and the money represent the same thing, so you can only ever lose that one thing.

By the way, in the unlikely event that you end up relisting this ring. Lose that galley picture. It's not only fuzzy but it's a stock photo and you are not allowed to use a stock photo on a used item.
Also, watch your spelling.
Personally I wouldn't list something this expensive on eBay but if I did, I'd include a recent appraisal with accurate information. Not about 1/2 a carat, for instance and you don't need a certified jeweler to tell you what size a ring is. Since you were there, you probably should have got a proper, written appraisal (about $90)
