I see lots of people selling baby formula with 1 sale

Hi I see lots of people listing baby formula that only had 1 or 2 reviews and 1 can of formula but when I tried to list mine it said only businesses can sale, I am sure people that have few sales isn't a business so how do they get to list it. I even put my formula is in date as all others

Businesses can be new to Ebay or they can be existing sellers opening a new account to sell a certain item separate from what they normally sell.  How many sales you have does NOT define a business.

It is possible if you changed your account from a personal account to a Business account that you too might be able to sell it.  IDK, just a guess.
