selling the same cream.
What gives? The only reason I listed that cream is because I saw so many listings selling the same item.
So, did someone report my listing that I just posted like a few hours ago? If so, I'm going to return the favor by reporting all of their listings that are selling the same cream.
Its fair, no?

Yes, I thought about that too. Technically its just an anti-aging cream and many countries don't require prescription for it but the fda is the fda.
I think I'm going to sleep on it for a day or a few days and then see. Or maybe just sell them on offer up and marketplace.

That disagrees with eBay's publicly stated policy: "Prescription drugs, or products containing prescription-strength medication, are not allowed." https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/prescription-overthecounter-drugs-pol...
I would disregard what you were told and not relist it at any cost.

Its not stopping anyone though. I'd have bought mine from ebay and amazon too (and I remember searching for it too) if they were selling them when I ordered mine. I consider that a service to the public, too.
But medicine and the cosmetics industry in the US is a business after all.
Getting a prescription and buying it locally would cost 3 to 4 times as much. Which is why bought it in bulk (like 9 tubes, which is 2 years supply for 3 people) from overseas and had to wait like a month.
