I need to delete a bunch of items that got lost in my move but my status is below standard recently

Even at Below Standard, you can still delete your listings. Seller Hub/Listings/Active listings... tick the boxes by the items you've lost, punch the 'Actions' button and select to 'End listings'. Confirm and submit. Good luck.

Yes I know but it seems like when I delete items I’m being penalized for it

You can delete or end listings all you want. 

I suggest ending all of your listings and then relaunching them as you find them.

You might also want to get yourself a stack of nice shiny pokemon cards and sell nothing but those for 99 cents shipped until you get back above standard. You will make NOTHING on these sales but it can get you back above standard really quickly.

If you sell something you don't have/can't find..........that's when you're going to be penalized..........delete them NOW.......... You're only allowed a few defects before you are permanently suspended......

Oh, it is even worse, it is auctions, end them all right now before any more get bids.

If you cancel bids and end early you will pay a penalty fee....so cancel BEFORE you get any more bids.
