I need to ask the community yet again for some help. I sold an item that was set as "local pick up" but the buyer and I agreed on shipping the item for $90. The buyer bought the item but I forgot to add the extra shipping fee. So whats the best way to set this up?

Then you wont have the QR code to prove the item was picked up. Ebay has been known to hold payments then. Your best bet is to cancel the transaction at buyers request, then relist it with the shipping fee and let him buy it again.

Ebay has no idea what you and they buyer have decided. You should have revised and removed local pick up and added the shipping fee prior to purchase.

Or, you can get the $90 when he comes to pick it up.

Best way is to communicate with the buyer, cancel the sale and relist with the agreed on shipping fee, and then let them purchase again. That's the only way you'll really be safe to ship it without risking a fake INR claim. If you think your buyer is honest, you're allowed to PayPal them an invoice and let them pay that extra that way, but it's not the best way.
