I have looked all through seller hub for 2020, or how to pull up 2020. So if you know, would you please tell me step by step how to locate this list? Thank you so much! 🙂 -Peggy

I believe reports defaults to the last 30 days.
you should be able to plug in some dates to cover the entire year.
Payments>
All transactions>
On the right see reports> click
Plug in the dates.
This is for someone in MP all year.

I used to be able to get a complete list of all sales and transactions through My Account > monthly fees. I could go back 16 months. It produced a long list of every sale and the fee I was charged plus monthly store fee, etc. I don't recall the exact title of the link. You could download it or print the info.
Anyone else know the file title and location to find it?

Seller Hub - Sales module click arrow - new page shows with a drop down menu you can change 31 days to a longer time frame or create a custom report. Scroll down to bottom of report page for a list of transactions and fees. is that what you need?

it almost was it, but once downloaded , it gave me nothing about my sales. Its probably me, not doing it right. I may have to call Ebay. I need a sales report for the whole year of 2020. Lol it shouldnt be this hard! Thank you so much though! 🙂

I found a time consuming workaround as the downloads arrive nothing but unreadable gibberish for me.
I click for a download then click Preview. New page shows a printable version. I was able to print all the pages.
Break the time frame down into 2 or 3 month reports to make it simpler.

@herwildtattoo In your seller hub go to the payments tab ----> reports. That will bring up a page where you can download your reports with a date limited range that you desire. They download in a csv file which you can open with Excel. There's a lot of stuff on there that you don't need, so for easy reading just delete those columns that you don't want.
I can download to January 2020 (entire year of 2020).

Try
Performance ----> Sales ----> "Review Your Sales" Select "Last Year"
from the "Performance" Tab in Seller Hub
It is kind of a workaround, but it shows your 2020 sales in a downloadable format (excel link)
there's probably a way of isolating it, but this is what I did to correlate with Paypal reports for 2020
The page shows this----
Report for Jan 1, 2020 - Dec 31, 2020
as compared to 2019

The payments tab reports arrive as unreadable gibberish for me. That is why I searched for alternative methods of getting the info.
eBay has been aware for about 2 years of the issue affecting many sellers but nothing was ever fixed.
Same issue with the Seller Updates section on category changes. eBay wants us to download the info but for many of us we cannot read it the gibberish.

Actually your solution was close, I called ebay and was guided to pull up a report for 2020. The report clearly shows that ebay made more than me. LOL THANK YOU!!

OK - they download as a csv file for me so it's easy to read and I just import into Excel - I figured that was a step that was missing. I wonder why it comes up as gibberish for many sellers? Sounds like it's downloading as a notepad file and doesn't translate (I've had that happen on another site).
