When I put something up for sale the shipping and handling disappears i.e. shows up as zero or disappears. My latest sale I had sent a message to the buyer asking how they wanted to receive their package and asked for their zip to figure out the cost of the shipping and I received and email from ebay stating they canceled the sale. I never canceled the sale .I cannot seem to get in touch with ebay. I am very frustrated.

I used to get traffic to my site. Now it seems no one sees my items. Even when I pay.

Your last sale shows shipping is $17.25 by USPS Retail Ground.

There is a shipping cost showing on your current listings but I’m curious why you are using retail ground rather the less expensive first class?   $10+ to ship a comic book or beanie baby to California seems high so could be scaring away buyers.

Sellers almost never need to ask buyers how they want to receive their package.  Not surprised they cancelled, perhaps they saw you as a seller who was less than trustworthy.

Over $23 to ship "The Ten Commandments"?  Unless they're the real thing rather than just a book, that's crazy.

I don't think your 'site' has a virus, I think there are problems with how you're listing and handling shipping - that may also be why you're not attracting business (and your shipping is so high).  Here's a run-down on shipping.
