I need Help

I recently started selling things off eBay everything was going well until I got an email from eBay telling me my account had been restricted. 

We placed a temporary restriction on your selling account because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community. To restore your access, you’ll need to contact us as soon as possible so that we can verify your information. Contact us:

The restriction will remain on your account until we verify your information.. Until then, you can’t create new listings. Any active listings were removed and placed in your unsold folder in My eBay. You’ll find details of any listings we removed below. We also credited any associated fees to your account.

Once we verify your account information, you can  start selling again right away. You’ll also be able to relist items from your unsold folder by selecting Relist to the right of the listing.

It doesn't really tell me how to lift the restriction and I tried verifying my account to no avail all of my info is verified so I am quite confused is this a problem on their part or is it something I'm not seeing? Also I went to that link it has nothing about contacting I'm very confused.  Help would be appreciated if you could, thanks!

thanks I will try that I'm just confused because when I looked it up they said there should be instructions in the email that was sent.

I have also experienced and don't be confused ebay's processing system will sometimes be overloaded, usually they will send requests to provide necessary information to verify you are an ebay user for business or purchase purposes. It will take about 5 days. Please check your ebay email continuously even in ebay messages to see what they need you to do. Because sometimes ebay messages are not sent to the email you linked!!
