Item arrived VERY poorly packaged but undamaged.
I really want to leave this seller a neutral but i know most of you will say ... what's the problem, you got your item undamaged so stop complaining.
So i purchased 4 baseball caps. They were shipped in a poly mailer. Not a padded poly mailer, but just a poly mailer. No protection at all but a thin layer of plastic a fraction of a millimeter thick.
I see what happens to packages in transport. They are thrown and stepped on. Often times other large, heavy boxes (like computers) are thrown on top.
I would never ship anything like that.
What should i do? Complain to the seller? Leave a neutral? Nothing at all because i received my item in good condition?

The envelope was open on 1 side and looks like it was stuck in a sorter for awhile.. I was able to just pull the card right out the side with out even opening the envelope..... I contacted the seller to let him know it could have fallen out at any time.. and that he might want to next time ship it first class package as I paid for... Lets just say he was not very happy with me, I was just letting him know it was shipped wrong and could have been lost. But I was called a Problem Buyer. I did not leave him feedback. What else can you do!!!!
I ordered some popcorn peanuts for packaging and the day it arrived there was a trail of popcorn from my porch to the street where the mailman stopped to deliver it.
It was shipped in a clear plastic bag with a shipping label stuck to it. The bag wasn't even heavy duty and it got torn on something somewhere along the way, leaving a trail of popcorn everywhere it went.
I emailed the seller, told him what happened and advised that he may want to rethink the way he ships those. I was trying to be humorous and understanding. I got a curt reply asking how much money I thought I deserved for the hassle.
I didn't want any money back because there wasn't that much popcorn missing.
I just didn't want this to continue happening because I knew there would be a buyer somewhere down the road who would make him pay dearly for that or the bag could split wide open and the whole bag spill out, leaving a mess for the mailman or littering up the streets.
I never even got a reply back when I told him I didn't want anything.
I was only trying to be helpful.
Unfortunately those days are over. Most people don't want your help or your opinion.
At least that has been my experience

Positive feedback has been left.
"Fast shipping. Poor packaging. Hats shipped in a poly envelope instead of a box."
I'd thought your feedback would give the whole truth that those hats also arrived in good undamaged condition.
