I'm not getting my payout

I sold a painting for $4500 and ebay took $500. They kept the $4000 on hold for a month. The hold is up today and I can't find how to get the money. I am a returning seller. They have not credited my account on file and I need my money. How can I make sure that I will get the money. I saw somewhere online that the funds are available but there are no payouts scheduled. Can someone walk me through this so I can get my money?

Did you even try to follow the link & instructions I provided earlier?

Literally none of us on this board can get your funds released. We don't work for eBay. You're going to have to do some work other than post here to get to the bottom of why your funds are not scheduled to be released to your bank account.

Personally, I think it's beyond beyond annoying that a person can come here and ask about it, receive at least five answers from experienced eBayers and still not understand the problem and what he needs to do to fix it.

Bro i did all that and they made the microdeposits but I'm still get the message to verify my bank..
