I just sold an ebay item after getting an email notice about the customer's bid. When I first looked at his bid, the page contained info about two previous bids on the same item that I never received. I'm afraid this has been going on for years. I noticed a whole different item that had three bids over a few years (I would have sold it, instead the item fell apart waiting for a buyer).
In addition, unlike previous years, I am no longer getting emails when my items sell. I have to check in on my ebay account for that. I do that anyway, but it's so much better also getting an email. I emailed then called ebay who instructed me on what to do to get my emails again. I tried their instruction and it didn't work.
Anyone else having this problem? Has anyone found the magic words to solve the problem? Many thanks!
