You can log into your account from anywhere you desire.

You can't contact, or even identify, the bidder through any account other than the one that set up the listing. As noted in the other post, you should be able to access your eBay account from any internet device. If you have forgotten the password, you just need access to the email account that's used for that eBay account.

Like, for example, whatever device you are using to leave this post.

good grief Charlie Brown!
you were able to post here, but unable to sign into your account on the device you're using to post.
not sure this O.P. is legit.

I live in Florida, these people are legit and do function in our society. (IF they have their phone)

These are the people who have fallen and can't get up (and lost their phone in the process).

You can indeed log into eBay from your phone. I did it this morning and it worked. Logging in requires your username and password, not your phone though; I generally use a real computer. Doing anything on eBay requires typing and that cannot be done from a phone.
(unless you do everything from your phone???)

Find an internet cafe or go to a library or someplace that has computers available and simply log in. If you can't logon how do you know somebody bid on an item?

The "How it's going" part of the disaster sequence. 🙄

"How do you contact a buyer on a different account?"
I assume that is the real question... You can't is the real answer. It's a protection to thwart scammers.

The account you've posted with--which was just created today--is registered in the UK. Have you tried completely logging out of ebay.com and logging into ebay.co.uk?

Yes but it sends a code to the phone I lost. Its stupid and there is no Ebay support number to ring. I'm getting emails from a buyer but I can't do anything.

I have a feeling that this is a knock-on effect from eBay forcing the use of mobile phones for account verification rather than email (which other sites allow). If your mobile is lost, nonfunctioning or someone simply doesn't have a smart phone, they're stuck having to call CS.
@chell-3632 If this is the case try contacting eBay for Business on Facebook on the device you're using and DM them, explaining the situation.
