Sold an item but sadly found flaw before shipping. Offered buyer half off or complete refund. She chose discount and flawed item. Upon receipt she was truly disappointed, as I would be too, so I gave her a complete refund and let her keep item. ($23.00 total including shipping). I'm out the shipping cost as it is but can I cancel this transaction to get FVF refund? (Can't find this situation in a thread) Thanks for any assistance!

I do not think so? Not 100% sure but generally when you the seller refunds in full or cancels the transaction for whatever reason you do not qualify for your FVFs credited back to you.
If the buyer agrees to cancel the transaction through the platform cancel request or the eBay message systen then you would qualify.
Since you have already refunded in full without any kind of request being opened I doubt you would qualify for the FVF credit.

Also since you have refunded in full I am not sure you would have the option to make a request to the buyer to agree to a cancellation?
You can look and see by going to your sold pages and and using the drop down box for that transaction and see if a cancellation is an options showing there?
