It says your feedback rating, is for the past year.

The neg, I see, says "past year".

@auctionairecorp Odd stuff indeed.

It shows a "0", but if you click on the "0" on the far right,  the negative displays.

The displays are not all based on the same date.

Some displays (the feedback percentage, and the feedback itself) are shown based on the date the feedback was left. That is still within the last year (as it says).

The 12-month stats are shown based on the date of the transaction, which must be a bit more than a year ago.

Pretty soon, the feedback itself will be more than a year old, and will not be included in your feedback percentage any more.

I saw this in my listings. The way a year is measured is different in the dashboard vs. the list of all feedback.

That's the bad news. The good news is that the discrepancy is a matter of days. The neg will drop off soon and when it does, your positive rate will go to 100%.

Do you know the date of that one neg.  Was it like September 1, 2019??  Just throwing out a date there, I have no idea.  But maybe if it has just crossed over to being a year old, the percentage hasn't updated yet.  Sometimes stuff like that takes a few days to update.  It would be driven by the date the FB was left.

It shouldn't be affecting your feedback percentage as it was more than a year ago.  eBay glitch and they need to fix it.

But I have only one negative feedback in the time o ebay history, I joint when it just started... and they keep showing the 99.3 rating I do not care for the feedback but the 99.3. Some people have some kind of requirement???? and they want sell to you.......
