The seller limits are for new sellers and ebay raises them once you have a proven track record of delivering your items to customers without any issues.
You can contact ebay and ask to have the limits raised. They will review your account and tell you if you qualify.

Are you saying you opened a store? It is best to wait to do that until your new seller limits get raised. That will happen when you have a proven track record of sales.

Use this link and scroll towards the bottom to the Blue box that says Request High Selling Limits.
Good luck!

Definitely end your Store subscription. I hope you went for the month to month.
Until you have more than 200 unique items to list, you are better off without that monthly charge.
I would also suggest that you make some purchases from sellers who leave feedback on shipment to move your rating up from 0 which is dangerous in a high value/high fraud category like designer sneakers.

Femme is correct. You really need to build up some buyer FB. Good luck with your items!

Keep selling and providing good service and eBay will evaluate and raise your limits
This has to be earned over time

Believe it or not, selling limits for new sellers are to protect you, as well as your buyers. You can easily make mistakes as a new seller, and that can be costly for you and result in unhappy buyers, refunds, negative feedback. And a new seller, you are a target for scammers who want to see if they can take advantage of your inexperience, too.
So, take your time. Buy a few items so you can see the process from the buyer's point of view and also build up a bit of feedback for yourself. Read all the helpful stuff linked to at the bottom of this page. Come here any time you have a specific problem you need help with. You'll be fine!
