I have all of my items set to only ship to the UK, but someone from outside of the UK bid and won?

I have no idea what I should do here, I'm not comfortable shipping abroad and I really don't want to receive negative feedback.

Cancel the transaction with problem with buyers address.

Has the buyer paid yet? If the buyer has not paid, you have no idea whee he wants the item shipped.

I am gong to assume the buyer has paid for the item and you can see both the shipping address and the registered address of the buyer. I cannot see the item you sold so I have no idea how your shipping preferences are setup but if you have them set to only ship inside the UK then the buyer should not have been able to purchase the item unless they are using a FF or are shipping to an address inside the UK.

If they are using a FF the buyers MGB coverage ends, in most cases, when the item is delivered to the FF.

I checked your sold listings on ebay UK. Your exclusions don't appear to be setup adequately as you are only excluding a very small number of countries.

There is a "buyer lives in a location I do not ship to" option.
