You were building up sales at the $16.95 price- no reason to lower to $14.95. Raise it back up- maybe even build in the shipping cost and offer free shipping. Looks like a great, well-made product. You can advertise it on guitar forums and on FaceBook to boost sales.

You've been on eBay since '98 and have a bunch of sales history. I can't tell if you're asking an honest question or if you're trolling. But-
That's your buyer's ID. It says so to the left of the ID.

Ok, so that's just showing the latest buyer's ID info and would change with the next sale? I'm asking cuz I have top promoted listing in my category and sales were going well for my new product and then they just died. Nothing for a couple of weeks now and I can't help thinking there's some sort of problem.

Yes, that's correct.
As to your sales- check competitor listings. It could be that someone came in with a lower price on the same item.

Right, but nobody has this item. It's something I designed and manufactured myself.
I lowered the price and added value and sales stopped. Maybe I need to raise the price and see what happens. I have a lot of experience in advertising and marketing, but I'm a bit stumped here.

Others have reported slow sales so you are not alone
