Why waste your time listing here. You pay eBay to show your items to the world, when your buyer is within driving distance of you. 

List locally for cash to avoid eBay’s fees and potential for credit card chargebacks.

List them on your selling account and list them for local pickup only. The buyer will need to supply you with a code on pickup

Before you can sell anything on EBAY you must register as a seller.   EBAY requires that you provide your checking account# and social security#.   Be aware that all online marketplaces are required by law to report your income to the IRS.
