You will learn by making listings and it gets easier the more you do it.   There will never be anything simple about making eBay listings.  It is work like any job.  The more you put in the more you'll get out.

First you want to search completed sales for your own item to see what it is worth and give you a good idea of what price to list it at.

In your case your 1 listing should be titled.

K-Line 2105 Pennsylvania Diesel Locomotive O Gauge

and it should be listed at 49.99

One Foot Flipper lives in your same town and has a youtube channel about ebay, might want to check that out.

FYI, when done properly, there is nothing 'simple' about listing on eBay
