If your password is not working, enter your username and choose "Need help signing in". Click on reset password. Hopefully you will be able to set a new password. Make the password difficult with upper- and lower-case letters as well as numbers and other characters and not too short.
Use a password manager like bitwarden (free) that will sync with all your devices (computers, tablets, phones etc.). Use different passwords for all your internet eBay, mail, bank, etc. accounts. Do not lose/forget your bitwarden login (has option to download all your saved information).
